  2.     Active Keys: the License

  5.   - All copyrights to Active Keys are exclusively owned by
  6.     Softarium.com.
  7.  
  8.   - Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days.
  9.     Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to
  10.     continue to use Active Keys, you must purchase it.
  11.  
  12.   - After purchasing, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  13.     use Active Keys on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time.
  14.     The purchased Active Keys software may not be rented or leased,
  15.     but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it
  16.     agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the
  17.     transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
  18.  
  19.   - The Active Keys trial version may be freely distributed, provided
  20.     the distribution package is not modified.
  21.  
  22.   - Active Keys is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is
  23.     expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. The author will
  24.     not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits, or any
  25.     other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

  27.   - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  28.     decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  29.     licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
  30.     provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall
  31.     result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  32.     may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  34.     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Softarium.com.

  36.   - Installing and using Active Keys signifies acceptance of these
  37.     terms and conditions of the license.

  39.   - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  40.     Active Keys files from your storage devices and cease to use
  41.     the product.
